Marcel Breuer, Isokon Chaise Longue, England, 1969
The original version in metal, was designed 1932. Isokon, the English company, specialized in the production of steam bent wood, Breuer started to work for in 1936, realized in the same year the wooden version that was made until the 1980s. By the end of the 1960s an updated version, upholstered and in ebonized wood was added.
